# Purchase and service terms

## Credits and payments

Purchases are one-time payments at the price shown before checkout, without a subscription or automatic top-up. Paid credits never expire. Unknown results, rejected requests and service errors cost no credits; other completed results cost one credit per address. Duplicates within one bulk list are checked once, while a new submission starts a new check.

## Use of the service

Protect your login and API keys. Submit only addresses you are authorized to process and comply with applicable law. Verification describes the available signals at the time of checking; it does not guarantee future delivery or permission to contact someone.
