2. Account and billing information
We use your name, primary account email, location, role, organization type, industry and optional company to maintain your workspace and understand who uses the service. Clerk handles sign-in and supplies the primary email; Stripe handles payment and billing details.
Dashboard dates follow your browser timezone. We retain its last reported timezone and the time it was observed for support and account reporting. This is a device setting.
3. Verification data
We save your verification history for your convenience, so you can revisit past checks and download your results. Your history includes the email addresses you submit, the original columns from uploaded CSVs and your verification results. You select which CSV column contains the email addresses to verify.
4. Service providers and verification checks
We use Google Cloud for application hosting and storage, Clerk for account authentication and Stripe for payments. Verification checks use domain and mail-server services and, where applicable, external email-verification services. The email address and information needed for a check are processed as part of that request.
5. Storage and security
The main application database and saved verification history are hosted in Google Cloud’s Iowa region, USA (us-central1). The database uses private network access and encrypted connections, with daily backups in the same region and seven-day point-in-time recovery.
Payment-card details are entered in Stripe’s hosted Checkout over HTTPS. AgentsVerify does not collect or store full card numbers.
6. Your controls
Download results, cancel unfinished work or delete finished verifications directly in your dashboard. The same controls are available through the API. You decide which verifications to keep.
7. Data retention
We keep your uploaded files and verification history for your convenience until you delete the verification. Completed deletion removes its uploaded files, submitted data and results from active systems. Existing backup copies expire under the backup retention policy; any restoration must reapply deletion records before serving data.
Billing records are retained separately for accounting, along with minimal non-content security and retry metadata.
